Keynote
Booked.
And rebooked.
Carl speaks across the globe on entrepreneurship, mindset, and small business skills to audiences and teams of all shapes and sizes. Real stories. Plain English. Things audiences can use on Monday morning.
Stages Carl has appeared on
Three things. Every time.
Relatable
Plain English from someone who's run the businesses he's talking about. Audiences lean in, not check their phones.
No fluff
No corporate clichés. No slides full of jargon. Real stories, hard-won lessons, the bits other speakers leave out.
Actionable
Delegates leave with things they can use on Monday morning. Not hype, not theory. Results.
Booking Carl. Step by step.
Booking Call
Our first contact will be a booking call. This is where we learn about your event and your audience, confirm availability and scope out your requirements for on the day, together with any pre and post event activities such as media interviews, social media amplification, content production, audience engagement and so on. We also cover things like travel, logistics, and so on in this call. Subject to contract, the booking is confirmed and diarised at this point.
Contracts and Deliverables
Once the booking call has been made, you'll receive a contract shortly afterwards detailing the things discussed in the call, confirming the fees payable and deliverables. This contract will also summarise the key deliverables expected from the engagement.
Scoping Session
Once the contract has been signed, this is where we get to work. As every keynote is completely bespoke, a follow up call is diarised to get under the skin of the event and really get to know what it is we need to do. You'll be asked questions ranging from the overarching theme of the conference right through to the avatar of the typical attendee - what are their thoughts, fears, feelings and behaviours that we are looking to address. A good proportion of this call will be brainstorming, to help create a unique impact that does exactly what you need it to.
Design and Approval
After scoping the session, we get to work! With hundreds of talking points already designed, linking back to relatable stories or key lessons, we design the flow of the speech. We ensure that it is appropriate for the time slot (an opening keynote is very different from a closing keynote!), and that the session is aligned to both the theme of your event and the desired outcomes. If you raise any specific deadlines for internal review or 'fit and finish', we ensure that all collateral is on time. Rest assured that all imagery is licensed!
Pre Event Activities
Whether it's a media interview, a warm up video, a pre-conference meet and greet or even just a social media announcement post... we get it done. Just as promised in our contract.
Event Day
The big day itself is extremely nerve-wracking. Carl knows. He's run events himself! Rest assured that Carl does what he can to minimise worries. He will communicate with you in relation to his arrival, and will be at your event at the time agreed; which is likely in advance of his time on stage. Plus, having had years of experience, he knows what spare kit is needed - all you need to do is relax (and maybe worry about the other speakers!)
Post Event Activities
Once the day is over, our relationship isn't. We might have agreed post event engagement with your audience, and of course if we have you can consider that done. But in any event, we'd love to hear your views on how it went. And of course, whether you want to rebook for next year!
From Dubai, Luxembourg, Riyadh and the US. To your event.
Let's create magic for your audience.
Carl's team will get back to you with availability and the next steps.
